The MAX31855KASA+ is a cold-junction compensated thermocouple-to-digital converter from Analog Devices (formerly Maxim Integrated). It digitizes the signal from a Type K thermocouple with 14-bit resolution, measures the cold-junction temperature with 12-bit resolution, and outputs data via SPI interface in an 8-pin SOIC package.
