The LT6656BIS6-2.5#TRMPBF is a precision 2.5V series voltage reference from Analog Devices offering +/-0.05% initial accuracy and 10ppm/C max temperature coefficient with only 850nA supply current. The B grade provides the tightest tolerance, while the ultra-low supply current makes it ideal for battery-powered applications. The device can source up to 5mA and sink 2mA with only 100mV dropout voltage.

The LT6656 uses a curvature-corrected bandgap reference core to generate a stable 2.5V output. Post-package trimming of thin-film resistors ensures +/-0.05% initial accuracy. The series regulator topology allows low dropout operation (100mV typical), and the ability to both source and sink current provides flexibility in load configurations. The 850nA supply current is achieved through careful bias circuit design while maintaining precision specifications.
