The LM5050MKX-1/NOPB is a high-side or-ing fet controller, 1v~75v input, 400µa iq, 50ns reverse current response, ideal diode manufactured by Texas Instruments. This device is housed in a SOT-23-THN (DDC-6) package and operates across a -40°C ~ +125°C. It supports a supply voltage range of 1V ~ 75V (5V以下需VBIAS), 100V瞬态. The component meets industry standards for reliability and is suitable for demanding applications.

The OR-ing FET controller drives an external N-channel MOSFET to create an ideal diode with very low forward voltage drop. The controller monitors the MOSFET’s drain-source voltage and turns off the FET within 50ns when reverse current is detected, preventing current flow from output to input. The charge pump gate driver ensures the MOSFET is fully enhanced for minimum Rds(on) during normal forward conduction.
