The LM431CCM3 from Texas Instruments is the C-grade version of the LM431 precision programmable shunt voltage reference, functionally equivalent to the TL431C. The device provides +/-0.5% initial accuracy with 6mV maximum temperature drift over the commercial temperature range (0°C to +70°C). The LM431 and TL431 are functionally identical and pin-compatible, with the LM431 designation being an alternative part number. The device features the same 2.495V internal bandgap reference programmable to 36V with two external resistors, 0.2 Ohm dynamic impedance, and 1-100mA cathode current range. The CM3 suffix denotes the SOT-23-3 surface-mount package.

Identical to the TL431. The LM431 is a direct functional equivalent with the same internal architecture: bandgap reference, error amplifier, and open-collector NPN shunt transistor. See TL431ACDBZR entry for complete working principle.
