LF353P

The LF353P is a JFET-input dual operational amplifier from Texas Instruments designed for high-impedance and low-noise signal processing. With input bias current of only 200pA and input impedance of 10^12 ohm, it excels in applications requiring minimal loading of signal sources. The 4MHz gain-bandwidth product and 13V/us slew rate provide excellent dynamic performance for audio and instrumentation applications. The device is pin-compatible with the 1458, offering a direct JFET upgrade path.

The LF353P uses a JFET differential input pair providing extremely high input impedance and very low input bias current. The JFET input stage is followed by a bipolar gain stage and class AB output stage. Internal frequency compensation ensures stability at unity gain. The device features an internal offset voltage trim during manufacturing. The JFET inputs allow the common-mode input voltage range to include the positive supply rail, enabling use in single-supply configurations with appropriate biasing.
