The GRM1885C1H180JA01D uses C0G (NP0) Class I dielectric, which is a temperature-compensating ceramic formulation based on neodymium/titanium compounds. This provides a near-zero temperature coefficient of 0 ±30ppm/°C, meaning the 18pF capacitance remains virtually unchanged across the -55°C to +125°C range. The C0G dielectric also exhibits no DC bias effect, no aging, and extremely low dissipation factor, making it ideal for resonant and timing circuits.
