The onsemi FDD86102 is a 60V N-channel power MOSFET in DPAK package with 16mOhm RDS(ON) and 35A drain current. The 60V rating covers 12V and 24V automotive and industrial systems. The DPAK package provides excellent thermal dissipation for medium-power motor drives, DC-DC converters, and battery management applications.

The FDD86102 uses onsemi’s trench MOSFET technology to achieve 16mOhm RDS(ON) in the DPAK package. The trench gate structure maximizes channel density for low on-resistance while maintaining 60V breakdown voltage. The 30nC total gate charge enables efficient switching at moderate frequencies. The DPAK package provides a large solder tab for effective heat removal.
