The EQY-10-63+ from Mini-Circuits is a high-slope MMIC gain equalizer with 11.2dB negative attenuation slope across DC to 6GHz. Using the same GaAs IPD MMIC technology and MCLP-8 (2mm x 2mm) package as the EQY-3-63+, this device compensates for more aggressive gain roll-off in wideband amplifiers and multi-stage receiver chains.
