The CMR200T-32.768KDZB-UT is a 32.768kHz CMOS-output crystal oscillator in an ultra-small 2.0 x 1.2mm ceramic SMD package. Unlike bare crystals that require an external oscillator circuit with careful PCB layout and load capacitor selection, this device integrates the 32.768kHz tuning-fork crystal and CMOS oscillator amplifier in a single hermetically sealed package. The result is a plug-and-play clock source that simply requires VCC, GND, and produces a clean CMOS square wave output. The 3.3V supply voltage matches the logic levels of modern ARM Cortex-M and other popular MCU families. The ultra-small 2.0 x 1.2mm footprint is ideal for space-constrained wearable and IoT designs.

The CMR200T integrates a 32.768kHz tuning-fork crystal and a CMOS oscillator circuit in a single hermetically sealed ceramic package. The internal oscillator amplifier drives the crystal at resonance and converts the sinusoidal oscillation to a CMOS-compatible square wave output.
