The CD4051BM96 from Texas Instruments is a CMOS single 8-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer with logic-level conversion in a 16-pin SOIC package. Three binary select inputs (A, B, C) and an inhibit input control which of 8 channels connects to the common output. It supports analog signals up to 20Vp-p with supply ranges from 3V to 20V.
