The AT25DF641A-SH-T from Renesas is a 64Mbit SPI serial Flash memory with 100MHz RapidS dual-I/O, flexible 4KB/32KB/64KB erase sectors, individual sector protection, and 128-byte OTP register in an 8-SOIC package.

The AT25DF641A communicates via SPI using standard commands (READ, PP, SE, BE) and RapidS dual-I/O commands for higher throughput. The flexible erase architecture allows 4KB, 32KB, 64KB, or full chip erase. Sector protection is controlled via status register bits and the WP pin. The 128-byte OTP register can be used for unique device serialization or key storage. Program/erase suspend allows reading from one sector while programming another.
