The AP22814AW6-7 from Diodes Incorporated is a Load switch, 4A, SOT-26 in a SOT-26 package. It provides controlled power switching for consumer and industrial applications.

The load switch uses an N-channel MOSFET with integrated gate driver and slew rate control. When enabled, the gate is driven with a controlled ramp, limiting inrush current to the load capacitance. The low on-resistance MOSFET minimizes voltage drop and power dissipation during normal operation.
