The AP22802AW5-7 from Diodes Incorporated is a Load switch, 2A, SOT-25 in a SOT-25 package. It provides controlled power switching for consumer and industrial applications.

The load switch uses an N-channel MOSFET with integrated gate driver and slew rate control. When enabled, the gate is driven with a controlled ramp, limiting inrush current to the load capacitance. The low on-resistance MOSFET minimizes voltage drop and power dissipation during normal operation.
