The Diodes Inc AP2127K-3.3TRG1 is a 300mA LDO providing a fixed 3.3V output with ultra-low 3uA quiescent current in SOT-23-5 package. The 3uA Iq makes it ideal for always-on battery-powered systems such as IoT sensors, smart meters, and energy harvesting applications where standby current directly determines battery life.

The AP2127K-3.3TRG1 uses a CMOS LDO architecture with specialized ultra-low-bias circuitry achieving 3uA quiescent current while maintaining regulation and transient response. The 2.0V minimum input voltage supports operation from a single alkaline or NiMH cell. The 0.1uA shutdown current virtually eliminates battery drain when the output is disabled. The device is stable with only 1uF ceramic output capacitor.
