The ADuM1200ARZ-RL7 from Analog Devices is a 1/1 digital isolator supporting data rates up to 150Mbps in a SO-8 package. Using iCoupler technology, it provides 2500V rms galvanic isolation without optocouplers.

The iCoupler technology uses chip-scale microtransformers on a polyimide insulation layer. Data is transmitted across the isolation barrier by pulsing current through the primary coil, inducing a voltage in the secondary coil.

  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
