The ADT6501SRJZP105RL7 is a micropower temperature switch, 105°c trip point, active low open drain, sot-23-5 manufactured by Analog Devices. This device is housed in a SOT-23-5 package and operates across a -55°C ~ +125°C. It supports a supply voltage range of 2.7V ~ 5.5V. The temperature switch uses a sigma-delta ADC to digitize the on-chip bandgap temperature sensor output with 11-bit resolution. The digital comparator checks the temperature reading against the factory-programmed trip point. When the threshold is crossed, the output changes state with selectable hysteresis to prevent chatter.
