The ADCMP600BRJZ-REEL7 is a high-speed comparator from Analog Devices with 2.5ns propagation delay and 200MHz toggle frequency. Operating from single 2.5V to 5.5V or dual +/-1.25V to +/-2.75V supplies, it features rail-to-rail input range and CMOS/TTL compatible output. The low 4.8mA supply current and tiny SOT-23-6 package make it ideal for space-constrained high-speed timing and detection applications.

The ADCMP600 uses a high-speed differential input stage followed by a fast output driver. When the voltage at the non-inverting input exceeds the inverting input, the output drives to the positive rail; when the inverting input exceeds, the output drives to the negative rail. The 2.5ns propagation delay is achieved through optimized circuit topology and advanced process technology. Internal hysteresis prevents oscillation when the input signal is near the comparison threshold. The rail-to-rail input stage allows comparison of signals across the full supply range.
