The 2N7002LT1G from onsemi is a 60V N-channel MOSFET with 1.8Ω on-resistance and 115mA drain current in a SOT-23 package. It is designed for high-efficiency switching applications including DC-DC converters and load switches.

This N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET uses onsemi’s PowerTrench technology. When VGS exceeds the threshold voltage, an inversion layer forms in the channel, allowing current flow from drain to source. The trench gate structure eliminates the JFET region, reducing on-resistance.
