TMP112AIDR from TI is a high-accuracy digital temperature sensor with I2C interface. +/-0.5C accuracy from -10C to +125C. 12-bit resolution (0.0625C). 10uA active current. SOT-6 package.
Working Principle
Bandgap temperature sensor generates voltage proportional to temperature. 12-bit ADC converts to digital. I2C interface reads temperature register. Alert pin triggers on over/undertemperature.
