Product Overview
The SN7407DR from Texas Instruments is a hex buffer/driver with open-collector high-voltage outputs in a 14-pin SOIC package. Functionally identical to the 74LS07 but with standard TTL input thresholds, each of the six independent buffers can sink up to 30 mA and withstand output voltages up to 30 V for interfacing low-voltage logic to higher-voltage loads.
