The NUC029LAN is built around the ARM Cortex-M0 processor core connected to Flash, SRAM, and peripherals through an AHB/APB bus architecture. The CPU executes code from 64KB Flash at up to 50MHz, with access to 4KB SRAM for data operations. The clock system includes an internal 22.1184MHz RC oscillator and PLL for flexible frequency generation. The 12-bit SAR ADC converts analog inputs at up to 760kSPS. Communication peripherals support standard serial protocols. ISP and IAP enable firmware updates without hardware modifications.
