Product Overview
The MC14093BDG is a quad 2-input NAND Schmitt trigger from onsemi with 3V to 18V supply operation. Each gate combines the NAND logic function with Schmitt-trigger input hysteresis, providing noise immunity and the ability to handle slow or noisy input signals. The buffered B-series outputs deliver ±3.4mA at 10V. The SOIC-14 package is rated for -55°C to +125°C, making it suitable for industrial control and automotive applications.
