The IRF7313TRPBF is a dual N-channel enhancement mode HEXFET Power MOSFET from Infineon Technologies, featuring 30V drain-source voltage rating and 6.5A continuous drain current per channel in a compact SO-8 package. The low on-resistance of 29mOhm at 10V VGS (46mOhm at 4.5V) combined with low gate charge (22nC) makes it highly efficient for synchronous buck converters and motor drive applications. The logic-level gate threshold enables direct drive from 5V or 3.3V microcontrollers.

The IRF7313 integrates two independent N-channel MOSFETs on a single die in an SO-8 package. Each MOSFET operates as a voltage-controlled switch: applying a gate-source voltage above the threshold (1V min) creates a conductive channel. The trench gate technology minimizes cell size and RDS(on). The dual configuration supports half-bridge, synchronous rectification, and push-pull topologies. The body diode inherent in each MOSFET provides reverse conduction path for inductive load switching. Low gate charge enables high-frequency operation (>500kHz) in switching power supplies.
