Product Overview
The IR2110PBF from Infineon Technologies (formerly International Rectifier) is a 500V high and low side gate driver IC with independent output channels for driving N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs. Featuring 2.5A source/sink output current, 120 ns propagation delay, bootstrap floating channel operation, undervoltage lockout on both channels, and 3.3V logic-compatible inputs with Schmitt triggers in a PDIP-14 package. The matched propagation delays simplify high-frequency half-bridge and full-bridge applications.
