Product Overview
The BTS50085-1TMB from Infineon Technologies is a Classic PROFET™ 24V smart high-side power switch with an N-channel vertical power FET, charge pump, and diagnostic feedback with load current sense. Featuring 7.2 mΩ typical on-resistance (9 mΩ max), 44A nominal load current, and 90A short-circuit current limit, it targets high-current automotive and industrial 24V load switching with comprehensive protection in a through-hole PG-TO220-7 package. AEC-Q101 qualified.
