The SA56004EDP from NXP is a dual-channel I2C/SMBus digital temperature sensor that simultaneously measures local die temperature and remote junction temperature using an external PNP transistor or diode. With plus/minus 1C accuracy over the 25C~125C range and 11-bit (0.125C) resolution, it provides precise thermal monitoring for CPUs, ASICs, and power modules.
