The MPX5100DP from NXP Semiconductors is an integrated silicon differential pressure sensor with on-chip signal conditioning and temperature compensation. It measures differential pressure from 0 to 100 kPa and provides a 0.2 V to 4.7 V analog output at 5 V supply. The sensor features dual side ports and is calibrated over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
