The MFRC63003HN from NXP Semiconductors is a high-performance multi-protocol NFC frontend IC for MIFARE and NTAG products. Supporting ISO/IEC 14443A, MIFARE Classic, and NTAG at up to 848kbit/s, it features SPI, I2C, and UART host interfaces, 512-byte FIFO, and low-power card detection. Housed in HVQFN-32 (5x5mm), it operates from 2.5V to 5.5V across -40°C to +105°C.
