The CA3140MZ is a 4.5MHz BiMOS operational amplifier featuring a MOSFET input stage and bipolar output stage, manufactured by Intersil (now Renesas). This op-amp combines the advantages of high voltage PMOS transistors with high voltage bipolar transistors on a single monolithic chip, providing very high input impedance (1.5TΩ typical), very low input current (10pA typical), and wide supply voltage range of 4V to 36V. The MZ suffix denotes the Pb-free SOIC-8 package.
