The DS90LT012AQMFX/NOPB from TI is an AEC-Q100 Grade 1 automotive LVDS differential line receiver supporting >400Mbps data rates with integrated 100-ohm termination resistor in a tiny SOT-23-5 package.

Accepts 350mV LVDS differential input and converts to 3V CMOS output. Integrated termination resistor eliminates external component. Enhanced threshold region (-100mV to 0V) provides fail-safe operation under open/short input conditions.
