Description

The CBM8656AMS8 is a dual-channel, low-noise, high-precision CMOS operational amplifier in MSOP-8 package, manufactured by Corebai Microelectronics. It features 2.7nV/√Hz voltage noise density at 10kHz, rail-to-rail input and output, 28MHz gain-bandwidth product, and 50µV typical offset voltage. Operating from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply over −40°C to +125°C, it is qualified for automotive applications.

The CBM8656AMS8 utilizes DigiTrim technology to achieve high DC accuracy by trimming offset voltage after packaging, correcting assembly-induced mechanical stress offsets. Its true rail-to-rail input stage allows the common-mode voltage range to extend to both supply rails, enabling buffering of wide dynamic range signals in single-supply systems. The output stage swings rail-to-rail with ±220mA output current capability. Internal protective circuitry provides input overvoltage protection and anti-phase reversal. The amplifier is unity gain stable with 69° phase margin and 28MHz bandwidth, suitable for precision signal conditioning.
