Product Overview
The BQ76200PWR from Texas Instruments is a high-side N-channel MOSFET driver for battery pack charge/discharge control in a 16-pin TSSOP package. With integrated charge pump, pre-charge PFET driver, and 100V maximum tolerance, it works with bq769x0 AFE devices to provide complete high-side battery protection for 12V to 48V packs.
