The BD41030FJ-CGE2 from ROHM Semiconductor is an AEC-Q100 qualified LIN (Local Interconnect Network) transceiver in a SOP-J8 package. Supporting LIN 2.0/2.1/2.2/2.2A specifications at data rates up to 20kbps, it features extremely low 3μA sleep mode current, built-in ESD protection, thermal shutdown, and overcurrent protection for automotive body electronics networking.
