The ADS1262IPW from TI is a 32-bit, 38kSPS precision delta-sigma ADC with integrated PGA (gains 1-32), 2.5V voltage reference, and 11 multifunction analog inputs. It features 1nV/C offset drift, 0.5ppm/C gain drift, and 130dB 50/60Hz rejection in a TSSOP-28 package.

Delta-sigma modulator oversamples the input at high frequency. Digital decimation filter provides 32-bit output. PGA amplifies low-level signals before conversion. Single-cycle settling allows fast multichannel scanning. IDACs provide excitation current for RTD measurement.
