Featuring 200kΩ resistance with ±1% tolerance, 0.1W power rating at 70°C, and ±100ppm/°C temperature coefficient, it offers high stability and reliability for automotive and industrial precision applications. The RK73H series provides tighter tolerance and lower TCR than the general-purpose RK73B series, making it suitable for feedback networks, gain setting, and voltage divider reference circuits where ratio accuracy is critical.

The RK73H1JTTD2003F operates as a precision fixed thick film resistor using metal glaze thick film deposited on an alumina ceramic substrate. The resistive element is a ruthenium-oxide-based metal glaze layer that provides excellent long-term stability and low TCR of ±100ppm/°C. Laser trimming adjusts the resistance to the precise 200kΩ value within ±1% tolerance. The ±100ppm/°C TCR means the resistance changes by no more than 0.01% per degree Celsius, or ±1% over the full -55°C to +155°C range—half the drift of the standard RK73B series (±200ppm/°C). The blue protective coating with 4-digit marking (2003 = 200kΩ) distinguishes the precision series from the general-purpose black-body RK73B. The RK73H achieves ±1% tolerance through tighter process control and screening during manufacturing.
