The NCP1203D60R2G is a pwm current-mode controller for off-line supplies, 60khz fixed frequency, high-voltage startup, skip cycle manufactured by onsemi. This device is housed in a SOIC-8 package and operates across a -40°C ~ +125°C. It supports a supply voltage range of 7.8V ~ 16V.
