The LM60CIM3X/NOPB is a precision integrated-circuit temperature sensor from Texas Instruments in SOT-23-3 package. It provides an analog output voltage linearly proportional to Celsius temperature with a gain of 6.25mV/°C and a DC offset of 424mV, allowing negative temperature readings without a negative supply. Output range 174mV (-40°C) to 1205mV (+125°C). Accuracy ±3°C at 25°C, ±4°C over full range. Supply voltage 2.7V to 10V, quiescent current 110µA max.
