The IPD78CN10NG from Infineon is a 100V N-channel OptiMOS power MOSFET in DPAK with 78mOhm RDS(on) at 10V and 13A drain current. Optimized for synchronous rectification and telecom DC-DC converters with very low gate charge (12nC typ) and excellent FOM. Avalanche rated to 17mJ. RoHS compliant and halogen-free with MSL-1 rating.

Uses Infineon OptiMOS trench technology with vertical current flow. The trench cell geometry provides low specific on-resistance while minimizing gate charge for efficient high-frequency switching. The optimized FOM (RDS(on) x Qg) reduces both conduction and switching losses. DPAK package with exposed drain pad provides 2.5 C/W RthJC for 38W power dissipation.
