The DF37C-30DP-0.4V(51) from Hirose Electric is a 30-position board-to-board connector with ultra-fine 0.4mm pitch in the DF37 series. Designed for high-density stacking in compact mobile devices, it features a right-angle configuration with stacking heights of 0.8mm or 1.0mm. The metal shell provides EMI shielding and structural reinforcement, while the click-lock mechanism ensures secure mating.

The DF37 connector uses a stacked board-to-board mating system. The plug (DP suffix) mounts on one PCB, the receptacle on another. When mated, the contacts make connection at a defined stacking height. The 0.4mm pitch enables 30 signal connections in a very compact footprint. The metal shell grounds between boards and provides mechanical alignment during mating.
