Product Overview
The TPS7A7001DDAT is a 2A ultra-low-dropout (LDO) regulator from Texas Instruments operating from inputs as low as 1.425V with only 200mV typical dropout at 1A. The adjustable output (0.5V to 5V) is set by an external resistor divider. With an enable pin (1µA shutdown current), ±2% output accuracy, current limit, and thermal shutdown, it is ideal for point-of-load regulation where input and output voltages are very close.
