Operating at up to 180MHz with 225 DMIPS performance, it features 2MB of dual-bank Flash memory and 256KB of SRAM plus 64KB of core-coupled memory (CCM). A standout feature is the integrated LCD-TFT display controller supporting up to SVGA resolution with a Chrom-ART Accelerator (DMA2D) that doubles graphic content creation speed offloading the CPU. The Flexible Memory Controller (FMC) supports SDRAM, SRAM, PSRAM, NOR and NAND flash. The device offers extensive connectivity including 10/100 Ethernet MAC, USB 2.0 OTG (HS and FS), 2x CAN, 6x SPI, 4x USART, 4x UART, 3x I2C, and SDIO. Three 12-bit ADCs can operate in triple interleaved mode at 7.2 MSPS. The ART Accelerator enables 0-wait-state execution from Flash.
