The REF192GSZ-REEL7 from ADI is a 2.5V precision micropower low-dropout voltage reference. Features +/-0.08% initial accuracy, 10ppm/C temperature coefficient (G grade), and 45uA max supply current with 15uA sleep mode. Provides 30mA output from supplies as low as VOUT+100mV. Patented curvature correction and laser-trimmed thin-film resistors ensure stability. 7-inch tape-and-reel packaging.

Uses a bandgap reference core with patented temperature drift curvature correction circuit. The first-order temperature drift is cancelled by the bandgap architecture (combining CTAT and PTAT voltages), while the curvature correction circuit compensates higher-order nonlinearities. Laser trimming of thin-film resistors sets the precise 2.5V output. A sleep pin (active low) disables the output and reduces supply current to 15uA. The LDO pass element allows operation from VOUT+100mV.
