Product Overview
The PM8834TR is a dual low-side gate driver from STMicroelectronics designed to drive two N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in half-bridge, synchronous buck, or other power converter topologies. It features 4A source/sink output current, very fast propagation delay, and independent enable pins for each channel, packaged in a compact SOIC-8 for space-constrained applications.
