Product Overview
The MURS120T3G from onsemi is an ultra-fast recovery surface mount rectifier rated at 200V/2A with 35 ns reverse recovery time. Using glass-passivated junction technology, it provides low forward voltage drop (0.875V max @ 1A, 25°C) and high reliability for high-frequency switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, and reverse polarity protection in an SMB (DO-214AA) surface mount package. AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications.
