Product Overview
The MPS MP2315GJ-Z is a high-efficiency 3A, 24V, 500kHz synchronous step-down converter in a compact TSOT23-8 package. With integrated 90mΩ/40mΩ power MOSFETs, it provides synchronous operation for higher efficiency over the full load range. The AAM (Advanced Asynchronous Modulation) power-save mode maintains high efficiency at light loads.
