Product Overview
MC3630 from mCube is an ultra-low-power 3-axis accelerometer with I2C/SPI interface. +/-2/4/8/16g selectable ranges. 14-bit resolution. Embedded FIFO. QFN-16 package.
Working Principle
MEMS capacitive sensing element detects acceleration. 14-bit ADC digitizes each axis. Configurable sample rate and range. Embedded FIFO stores data to reduce host polling. Ultra-low-power modes down to 0.5uA.
