The LPC3250FET296/01 is centered around an ARM926EJ-S CPU core with a 5-stage Harvard pipeline and integral MMU supporting virtual memory for multi-programming operating systems. The VFP coprocessor handles IEEE 754 floating-point operations in hardware. A multi-layer AHB bus matrix provides separate buses for CPU instruction fetch, CPU data access, DMA controller, USB controller, LCD controller, and Ethernet MAC, minimizing arbitration delays.
