The IP5306 is a 2A charging + 5V/2.4A boost power bank PMIC from Injoinic in ESOP-8. It integrates a synchronous switching charger and a synchronous boost converter in a single chip. The charger uses CC-CV (Constant Current-Constant Voltage) algorithm: CC mode charges at 2A until battery reaches 4.35V, then CV mode holds 4.35V while current tapers. The boost converter operates at 1.5MHz with synchronous rectification, generating 5V/2.4A output from a single Li-Ion cell (3.0-4.35V). The KEY pin implements single/double/long-press power control: short press shows battery level on LED1/LED2, double press enables/disables output, long press powers off. The auto-load detection feature automatically enables the boost output when a USB device is connected without requiring a button press. Built-in battery balancing and over-discharge protection (cutoff at 3.0V) protect the Li-Ion cell.
