The XC61CN3602MR-G from Torex Semiconductor is a 3.6V voltage detector with CMOS output in a SOT-23-3 package, consuming only 0.8µA for MCU reset and battery monitoring applications.

The XC61CN compares the monitored voltage against an internal 3.6V reference. When VDD drops below the detection voltage (-VDF), the output goes low (active). When VDD rises above the release voltage (-VDF + hysteresis), the output returns high. The internal hysteresis (typically 5% of VDF) prevents output oscillation near the threshold.
