The UCC28910DR from Texas Instruments is a primary-side regulated (PSR) flyback controller with integrated 700V/2A MOSFET in an SOIC-7 package. It eliminates the need for an optocoupler by sensing output voltage and current from the primary side, achieving +/-1% constant voltage and +/-5% constant current regulation.
